Aviko’s onion rings are made from fresh onion and coated in crispy breadcrumbs for a perfect side for your customers. Perfect with steak, pies and an assortment of main means, or ideal as fingers good, onion rings are always a crowd favourite.


onion 57%, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, yeast), WHEAT flour, palm oil, water, gelling agent (E401), WHEAT starch, salt, rice flour, stabiliser (E339, E415, E466).

Cooking Instructions


Preheat oven at 220°C. Spread portions of 500g on a baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 min. Turn halfway through.


Pre-heat frying oil to max. 175°C. Deep fry portions of 500g for 1½-2 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.
