Aviko Potato Croquettes

For those customers who are looking for something a bit different, Aviko’s Potato Croquettes are just that. Light and fluffy mashed potato with a crisp and crunchy outer surface, these gluten-free potatoes are perfect as a side or to have as a lovely snack and finger food with dips.

Ingredients

Potatoes, sunflower oil, whey powder (MILK), dextrose, salt, onion powder, emulsifier (E471), spices.

Cooking Instructions

Oven

Preheat oven at 220°C. Spread portions of 500g on a baking tray with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake for 15-20 min. Turn halfway through.

Fryer

Pre-heat frying oil to max. 175°C. Deep fry portions of 500g for 3-4 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.
