Ingredients
Potatoes, sunflower oil, modified starch, rice flour, spices, salt, dextrin, maltodextrin, yeast extract, flavouring, raising agent (E500, E450), thickener (E415)
Cooking information
In the oven
Preheat oven to 220°C. Spread 500g portion on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook for 15-20 min. Turn wedges halfway through cooking time.

On the hob
Heat 15g (2 tbsp) of oil or butter in a frying pan. Fry the product for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Turn the product regularly.
Deep fryer
Pre-heat frying oil to 175°C. Deep fry 500g portion of fries for 3-5 min. Do not fry too dark and reduce frying time when frying smaller portions.
Air fryer
Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Fry 450g portion of fries for 10 minutes. Give them a shake halfway through cooking. (Based on use of a Philips Airfryer XL).
